Lovely Portia, from The Hunger Games. I've always loved her, at least the way she's in my mind, I feel like she's a less bubbly and a more standing-on-earth version of Effie. I don't know, that's just me and my thinking
She might remind you of 's Portia, and I must say her portrait series were the ones that inspired me to start my own, but it's mere coincidence that our Portias look alike
