As the daughter of the Revolution's 'Spark', comes the 'Sparklett', of course.

Notice the little Mokcingjay tattoo on her left arm? Yeah, just a failed addition I tried to give her, you see, I will add each one of them something ELSE, besides the belly, of course. And well, I failed this time I guess...
